The House

Three levels, four king beds, and a porch you won’t want to leave.

The Eyrie House sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac inside McLemore, tucked into hardwoods with long views over the golf course and the valley beyond. Cedar walls, deep green rooms, vaulted ceilings, and rainfall showers on every floor.

Each of the three levels has its own full bathroom, so couples and golf foursomes spread out comfortably. Four king beds plus a full-size sleeper sofa put the house at eight to ten guests. A golf cart is available on site.

  • 4 bedrooms · all king beds
  • 3 full baths — one per level
  • Full sleeper sofa for 9–10 guests
  • Golf course and valley views
  • Golf cart available
  • Washer & dryer, two coffee makers, two grills

The Highlands and The Keep are both ranked among the best courses you can play in America. The Eyrie House is where your group sleeps between rounds.

Everyone at one table.

A walnut table long enough for ten, open to the great room and the kitchen, with a built-in bar a few steps away.

Stainless appliances and a butcher-block island. Two coffee makers for early tee times, two grills for the evening, and a washer and dryer, so a long weekend packs light.

Wrap-around decks and covered porches on all three levels — a lounge, a long dining run, rocking chairs, and a porch swing.

Two grills, string lights, an outdoor TV for the afternoon broadcast, and corn hole in the yard. The fairway sits just below the tree line.

Full-length shuffleboard and a lit Golden Tee cabinet inside, ping pong on the covered patio, corn hole in the yard — plus a second living room with its own stone fireplace when the round is done.

There is a record player and a shelf of vinyl, too, for the kind of evening nobody wants to end early.

McLemore is a mountaintop golf resort on the eastern brow of Lookout Mountain. The Highlands Course is a Rees Jones and Bill Bergin redesign with a cliff-edge 18th; The Keep, fully opened in October 2025, runs five holes along the rim above McLemore Cove.

From the house it’s a short drive or cart ride to the pro shop, driving range, putting green, Cloudland hotel, and the resort restaurants. The Eyrie House is part of McLemore’s Stay & Play program, so your group can add rounds on The Highlands or The Keep to your stay — tee times and packages are arranged through the resort.
